Tromsø - Charlottenlund area. Picture taken during a Sunday stroll after a heavy snowfall. Milano - Sleety weather and light mist on a nasty Saturday morning. Tromsø - The recreational area Grønnåsen is within walking distance from the city. Tromsø - The old Cemetery. In April it is not unusal to experience heavy snowfall. If you get up early it is possible to run into some untouched spots of snow. Hornbæk Plantage - Sealand Denmark. A wondefull sundown at Oeresundet. Tromsø - Spruce trees in Doktordalen. This Spruces is not a part of the natural ecosystem in the area, but has been introduced by humans 70 years ago. They have now become the dominant specie in the area and have displaced other plants.
Tromsø - Kvaløya. An old barn is feeling lonely during a strange bluish winter light. Milano - I had to climb to the top of the Cathedral to catch the magnificent view. Tromsø - The river in Tromsdalen has been made famous by the Norwegian writer John Giæver, who spent numberless hours at the riverbank trying to catch trout and other types of fish. During winter time fishing is not that popular, but the atmosphere is still great. Tromsø - Prestvannet. This bench had started to prepare for Summer, but was surprised by a late April snowfall. Outside Hornbæk - This Railroad crossing with the yellow fields in the background attracted my attention.

Outside Tromsø - Lavangsdalen. The majestic mountains in Lavangsdalen are still covered by snow, but within a few weeks the white and grey colours will be replaced by Summertime green.

Tromsø - Paraglider. The mountains around Tromsø offer good Paragliding condition. A popular pastime is to take the cableway to the top and then throw yourself outside. Early morning mist at Grini, just outside Oslo. The famous skijumping hill, Holmenkollen, can be seen in profile up left. Advent Bay Spitsbergen. View from "Gruve 7 fjellet". Rostadvannet - Waterfall. During a hiking trip not far from Tromsø we ran into this striking waterfalls. Oslo by sunset. The view is from the 26. floor of Plaza Hotel. New York City.
