Early October 2007:
  We had an extremely hot fall this year and my rose bushes mistakenly started to bear flowers again during the first days of October.
  Late October 2007:
  The end of October, still no sign of snow. At this latitude we should already have received an abundance of it,
   The flowers were still thriving in my backyard and the grass was growing.
 

 
  July 2007:
  Another 12 months has almost past. I have now managed to construct a small outdoor platform where I during good summer days
  can enjoy the the good weather. A good thing is also that I wisely constructed such a high fence that I even can drop most of my
  clothes without offending any of my neighbors.  At this time I have not yet start to establish my lawn.
  This spring I also planted a cherry tree which surprisingly was more than willing to blossom and later carried berries. It still remains
  to se if any of these fruits will be ripe.   
 

  September 2006:
  A year has gone and the fence is almost completed. I have even managed to do some planting in the garden which in fact turned
  up when I took back my property from the number of car owners who used the spot for free parking.
  In the spring I planted an apple tree on which I managed to harvest a total of six apples at a total weight of 178 grams.
  Remembers this incident has taken place at almost 70° North. Theoretically no apples are supposed to grow here at all, so this was
  a remarkable achievement.
